I am going to vent here. It is a shame that I was unable to log in as a member to purchase a replacement hat. As a Life Member I was not recognized as a member. I requested a new password and have been waiting ever since for the email. I get emails about procuces and the the hat that is in the cart but you can't take the time to deal with a member request.
