VINTAGE VIETNAM STYLE BOONIE HAT - OD
Thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I opened the package. My boonie hat was lost in some move or other many decades ago. I must have spent four decades checking out surplus stores and other sources looking for a REAL replacement like I remember. In fifty years, this is as close as I have ever come to my original issue. It is not a perfect copy. The color is wrong and the stitching is not quite accurate but it will see me through my remaining years, very well and for that I am VERY grateful to Vetfriends. And there it is...

Best hat for the sun
My hat arrived quickly, these are simply the best hats for hot weather in the sun. Easy to wash, fold up in your pocket if needed. Yeah, they make you look like an old guy fishing, but I am an old guy so it works out fine.
