Flat Hat
I can’t really blame you for this. But I thought that I checked the box to have these two hats shipped in a box. Obviously - I did not. The hats - shipped in flat envelope are delivered flat and don’t transition to a round head very well. They will never stand up the way they are supposed to. I will just have to keep wearing the two old ones that I purchased from you previously.
