U.S. Army Veteran w/ Crest Boonie Hat - Limited Issue in Khaki

I ordered and received the US Army Veteran w/Crest Boonie Hat-Limited Issue Khaki and the US Air Force Boonie Hat. They arrived packaged in a plastic bag. Both hats were enclosed in the same small plastic bag, they were rolled, tied by their cords and stuck in the bag. When I received the hats they had creases in the brims. I laid both of them on a table fully open to let the creases relax. This eliminated most of them, but there were still two to three creases that were in the brim of the hats. That being said, I wore the US Army hat to an amusement park and found that it covered my ears and face very well. The vents in the hat also helped to keep my head fairly cool. The hat is well constructed with a great fit. I wish they had placed these hats in a box rather than cram them into a small plastic bag. However, I am very satisfied with the hat. Paul N. I ordered the Army Boonie Hat and the Air Force Boonie Hat at the same time. When they arrived they were in a small plastic bag. The hats were rolled individually and secured by their chin cords. When I opened the hats, I found that the rolling od them caused creases in the brims. After the hats laid open for a while I was able to work most of the creases out, some remained. The hats do not have cloth patches, but have affixed to them a waterproof plastic patch that has US Army Veteran or US Air Force Veteran on them. I was able to wear the US Army Boonie hat last Friday to an amusement park for several hours. The hat covered my head, ears and noise very well. It was comfortable to wear and the vents helped to cool my head. Other than the way the hats were shipped, I feel that the hats were of good quality and worth the money .
