    Rubber "bumpers" on dog tags were a no-brainer. Why didn't the military include these on the tags issued during Vietnam? Or WWI, WWII or Korea? Clinking tags could get you and your mates killed on the spot. A lot of guys just wouldn't wear them. Thank you.
